This Privacy Policy explains how Heart Garage Door ("we", "us") accesses, uses, stores and shares information when you use HEART Marketing Dashboard (the "App"), our internal tool for reporting on and managing Google Ads accounts.

2. What the App does

The App connects to the Google Ads API so that we can view performance reports for Google Ads accounts that we own or are authorized to manage, analyze them, and make campaign changes in those accounts. The App is used only by Heart Garage Door and the people we authorize. It is not offered to the general public.

3. Google user data we access

When you sign in with Google and grant permission, the App requests the following scope:

Google Ads API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): access to Google Ads accounts available to the signed-in Google account, including account details, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, bids and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost and conversions.

We also receive an OAuth access token and refresh token from Google, which allow the App to make requests on your behalf.

We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any other Google services.

4. How we use Google user data

We use Google user data only to:

show reports and analysis of Google Ads performance;
recommend changes to campaigns, keywords, bids and budgets; and
make changes to Google Ads accounts when an authorized user requests them.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, to build user profiles, or for any purpose unrelated to the features above.

5. How we store and protect data

OAuth credentials are stored as encrypted secrets in restricted environments and are never published in code or shared publicly.

Google Ads data is fetched when needed for a request. We do not keep a permanent copy beyond reports that authorized users choose to save.

Access is limited to authorized members of Heart Garage Door.

6. How we share data

We do not sell, rent or trade Google user data.

We share Google user data only:

with service providers that process it on our behalf to provide the App, including our AI assistant provider (Anthropic, which processes Ads data to generate reports and recommendations) and our cloud hosting providers. They may use the data only to provide their services to us;
when required by law; or
with your explicit consent.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

HEART Marketing Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Data retention and deletion

We keep OAuth credentials only while the App is in use. We delete them when access is no longer needed.

You can revoke the App's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After you revoke access, the App can no longer read or change your Google Ads data.

To ask us to delete any data related to you, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children's privacy

The App is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the "Last updated" date above.
